What a way to launch the 2.0 Beta 馃帀

October 22, 2024 was a historic moment for Decentraland as avatars flooded Genesis plaza to celebrate the launch of the Decentraland 2.0 Beta. The community joined together for a parade of avatars running and waving flags side by side as Yemel Jardi, Kim Currier, Bay Backner, and Isamazing lead everyone through the upgraded Genesis City. The event was streamed across X, Linkedin, and YouTube. If you missed it, be sure to watch this special moment in DCL history!

As development of the Beta client continues, improvements and new features will be rolled out leading up to the Decentraland Music Festival.
