Cast your vote in the Community Choice Emote Contest Poll

The past 4 weeks were All About Emotes! There were Emote parties, workshops, Twitter Spaces, creator Q&A’s, and—of course—an Emote contest! The contest theme was ‘Community’, revolving around the ways people interact with each other in Decentraland, what it means to be part of an online community, and how you represent your digital identity in a virtual landscape.

Now it’s your turn to look at all the Emotes submited, cast your vote, and determine who will win the Community Choice award of 1,500 MANA!

Make sure to check out all the new Emotes from Decentraland’s amazing creators. Thanks to the ‘Community’ theme of the contest, there are now even more ways to show your love and form connections in Decentraland! ♥

Did you know Decentraland’s newsletter was revamped?

Decentraland’s newsletter has been revamped and changed service providers. As part of the transition process, which will take a few weeks, you may receive the Decentraland newsletter from Decentraland’s usual email address, [email protected], OR from [email protected] (note the two i’s). Please remain aware as always, and verify that the newsletter is coming from one of these two emails before taking any further actions. Once the transition process is complete, Decentraland’s newsletter will again always come from [email protected].

Thanks to this newsletter revamp, the Foundation will now be able to provide you with a more fun and personalized newsletter experience with features like polls, referral programs, and even community giveaways. Double Trouble - Monaverse/DCL Crossover Event | Decentraland Events

In the spirit of interoperability, Mona is partnering with Decentraland on a VRM party that bridges our worlds together—hosted by Tangpoko, one of the most thrilling creators across the Metaverse. This event celebrates VRMs and their true potential for cross-platform utility as we see Decentraland VRMs traveling from the Babydolls’s DCL Dollhouse to their newly launched Mona Dollhouse.

Decentraland is home to a constant stream of community-organized events and new developments are frequent.
